Madness in the First Degree is an off-beat Adventure that follows Tommy, a young American film maker who travels to England to inherit a house from his deceased father he never knew, what he didn't count on was his three surprise brothers inheriting it with him.

Unsatisfied with their miserable lives in England, the three brothers kidnap Tommy and plan to take over his life back in the USA, however, after discovering his fathers secret, Tommy is accidently exposed to 'Concentrated Madness'.

Now he is fleeing from his brothers and his own imagination! With only 48 hours to find his sanity before becoming crazy for the rest of his life, he must escape from the one thing he can't .....HIMSELF!
